Before modern life sped up, communities gathered in circles. They came together to share stories, to grieve, to celebrate, to learn and to remember – so that no one had to carry guilt, confusion or shame alone.
In many Indigenous cultures, they still do, because circles remind us of what it means to be human — to feel supported, mirrored, and guided in the presence of others.
This path is a return to that ancient practice. A modern-day gathering for parents navigating the early years – from pregnancy and birth to the tender, turbulent tween stage.
It’s a space to pause, breathe, and remember that you are not alone and therefore don’t have to carry it all on your own.
Each 90-minute circle blends gentle teaching, live coaching, and shared reflection. Every month, we explore a new lens — from boundaries and emotional regulation to balancing parenthood and ambition, intimacy, identity, and shared meaning.
Here, you’re not being taught ‘how” to parent. You’re being held as you become one.
The soul of this community – this is not a parenting membership, it’s a sanctuary for emotional maturity, repair and awareness; a space to grow yourself while raising your children.
The Power of Being Seen
Parenthood tends to hammer in our “not good enough” story. Every parent faces moments of doubt, overwhelm, guilt and shame. But when those moments are witnessed – without judgment, without comparison something begins to shift.
“I thought it was just me.”
— The most common reflection from parents in our circles is “I thought it was just me” or “I’m glad I’m not alone”
Because the truth is, it’s never just you. The struggles, the guilt, the feeling of incompetence and lack of control, the invisible mental load – they are all part of the shared terrain of parenthood. But no one tells us this.
There is comfort in being seen and strength in knowing you’re not alone.
The Modern Dilemma
We live in a time obsessed with perfection — chasing an impossible ideal of the “good parent.”
And when we fall short, we spiral into guilt and shame.
In our attempts to raise “happy” children, we over-extend ourselves to protect them from pain. We forget that what they truly need isn’t a perfect parent, but a parent who can hold their own emotions without fear or judgment.
When we numb, control, or overprotect, we unintentionally teach our children to do the same.
But when we take responsibility for our own healing and learn to hold and reparent ourselves, we model what emotional freedom and resilience look like.
This is where generational cycles end and conscious families begin.
The Purpose of this Community
This is not another parenting class or social group.
It’s a conscious space where you bring the real stuff: the guilt, the anger, the comparison, the endless mental load – and learn how to alchemise it.
To turn suffering into self-awareness, judgement into self-compassion, reactivity into repair, and isolation into belonging.
Here, you’ll practice the essential skill of conscious parenthood:
- To hold your own emotions with compassion
- To take responsibility without shame
- To practice radical self-love and forgiveness
— so you can mirror those same qualities back to your children.
This is how we break patterns: not by striving for perfection, but by modelling wholeness.
Through monthly circles, you’ll gain fresh perspectives, tools for emotional regulation, and renewed clarity for the kind of parent and partner you want to be.
This is where the work of conscious parenting becomes lived practice.

You’ll leave each circle with new language, renewed perspective, and a sense of calm that comes from being held in community.
The Invitation
To hold — and be held — is a human need.
This is where the journey continues, where transformation turns into daily practice, and where the village is rebuilt.
The more you are able to allow yourself to be held, the more you will be able to hold your child as they journey through their own emotional terrain.
You don’t have to do this alone.
Come as you are.
Leave seen, supported, and softly reconnected to yourself and the family you’re creating.
“Connection is why we’re here; it’s what gives purpose and meaning to our lives.”
— Brené Brown
